Edward Enninful took over as Editor in Chief of British Vogue in August 2017, and in December 2020 was promoted to European Editorial Director of Vogue.

In 2014 he was named fashion creator of the year by the British Fashion Council; he was honored with an OBE in 2016 for Services to Diversity in the Fashion industry; and in 2018 he was awarded the Media Award by the Council of Fashion Designers America and the PPA Chairman’s Award for his remarkable career. In 2019, Enninful was honored by the Daily Front Row for Magazine of the Year at the Fashion In 2014 he was named fashion creator of the year by the British Fashion Council; he was honored with an OBE in 2016 for Services to Diversity in the Fashion industry; and in 2018 he was awarded the Media Award by the Council of Fashion Designers America and the PPA Chairman’s Award for his remarkable career. In 2019, Enninful was honored by the Daily Front Row for Magazine of the Year at the Fashion Media Awards, named in the Evening Standard’s top 20 most influential Londoners of 2019, and awarded the Business of Fashion Global VOICES Award. In 2020, Enninful received the People Honouree Award at the 2020 British Fashion Council’s Fashion Awards for his outstanding contribution to diversity. In 2021 the British Fashion Council again recognized Enninful at the Fashion Awards as one of their Leaders of Change, and he received the Editor’s Editor Award at the 2021 BSME Awards. In October 2021, Enninful was named as a Global Ambassador for The Prince’s Trust Group during a dinner hosted by the Prince of Wales at Windsor Castle.

In September 2022, Enninful’s memoir, A Visible Man, will be published by Bloomsbury.
