Andre Mellone is a Brazilian interior designer based in New York. A 25-year veteran of the city’s design community, he worked for Robert A.M. Stern, Mark Hampton, Ferguson & Shamamian and Sawyer/Berson prior to establishing Studio Mellone in 2012.
The studio primarily focuses on private residences, with projects spread throughout the United States, South America and Europe. While also developing a portfolio of retail and commercial projects, notably commissions for fashion houses Thom Browne, Jason Wu, The Row and Carolina Herrera, and commercially the new lobby at 50 Rock at New York’s iconic Rockefeller Center. Studio Mellone is part of Elle Decor Magazine’s A-list.
