Glenn Martens è Direttore Creativo di DIESEL e Y/PROJECT. Nato a Bruges, in Belgio, Martens si è laureato presso l'istituto di moda The Royal Academy of Fine Arts di Anversa. Nel 2008, durante l'ultimo anno, è entrato a far parte del team di Jean Paul Gaultier. A metà 2010 Martens ha lavorato in modo indipendente a vari progetti di alto profilo affiliati a marchi europei e, nel febbraio 2012, ha lanciato la sua linea di abbigliamento femminile durante la Settimana della moda di Parigi con il nome di “Glenn Martens”. Da settembre 2013, Martens è direttore creativo della linea donna e uomo del marchio parigino Y/PROJECT. Nell'ottobre 2020, Martens è stato nominato direttore creativo di DIESEL. Nel 2022 Glenn è stato nominato Guest Creative Director per Jean Paul Gaultier Couture.

In 2008, during his senior year, he joined the Jean Paul Gaultier team. In mid-2010, Martens worked independently on various high-profile projects affiliated with European brands, and in February 2012, he launched his own womenswear line during Paris Fashion Week under the name “Glenn Martens”. Since September 2013, Martens has been creative director of the women's and men's lines of the Paris-based brand Y/PROJECT. In October 2020, Martens was appointed creative director of DIESEL. In 2022, Glenn was appointed Guest Creative Director for Jean Paul Gaultier Couture.
