Kerstin Weng is one of the leading fashion journalists in Germany who has been in the industry for many years. She inhabited various leading editorial roles at renowned media outlets and has a high level of expertise in both digital and analog storytelling.
Prior to her appointment as Vogue Germany's Head of Editorial Content, Weng worked as an editor and later as Head of Department for Myself from 2007 to 2012. At the time the brand was part of Condé Nast in Germany. She was Editor-in-Chief of Cosmopolitan (from 2013) and the digital-only magazine Stylight (from 2015) before taking over her leading editorial role at Instyle Germany in which she worked from 2016 to 2022.
Weng studied fashion journalism at the Academy of Fashion and Design (AMD) in Munich and among others, she wrote for the magazine of the Süddeutsche Zeitung and Neon.
